From December 20, we will once again serve “Comfort Food” from the region.
Delicious and premium meat from Alpine cattle, organic pork, game, and cheese from our local farmer Ebi & Co.
No elaborate menus and no stress over choices – just a fixed menu with limited options for allergies, designed for Generation X/Y/Z. Sorry, we cook on-site just like at home.
As passionate Alpine village residents, we keep the food simple. After all, we are not chefs, but farmers with a chalet village :)
We serve our famous charcuterie (from our own farm) and cheese fondue with cheese varieties from various local farms.
For children or those who don’t like cheese, we offer a classic Pasta Bolognese.
